Return Policy

Warranty covers replacement only, no payments are refunded for any reason. Defective items will either be replaced, or the purchase price credited towards anything else in our store. (If on a rare occasion a refund is given, it is subject to restock fee of 20%)

Mistyelectronics must be notified within 30 days of sale's end for the warranty to be in effect.

Items returned must be in the same condition as received, and in the same box. Items that show any sign of misuse or damage by buyer will not be covered by the warranty, and will be returned at buyer's expense.

If your purchase is a cell phone, the esn number of the phone you return must match the esn number of the phone you were shipped by us. All esn numbers are kept on file for each phone sold and will be matched against what you were shipped.

Shipping costs back to Mistyelectronics are not covered for any reason.

Replacement items will be sent back to the customer within one business day of receipt. The return cost of the replacement item will be at the expense of MistyElectronics
- Any item specifically listed as covered by a Manufacturer's warranty, or sold as is, is not covered by this warranty.
