All our items come with a 30 day no questions asked return policy which includes:

• Item works perfectly
• Successful activation with your cell phone company. 
• That you are 100% happy with your purchase

What isn't covered is damage done by user such as broken screen.

• We only accept paypal.  You will not need to join paypal if you are a member, you can use your credit card through paypal as a guest.
•  We can ony ship to the address you put down at ebay checkout, so please double check your address is correct. 
• Your order will ship the next business day after payment is received. Orders received after noon Friday Eastern time will ship the following Monday
